Mission

College Street Counseling provides guidance for all aspects of the college admissions process: college search, high school issues, testing, essay writing, and applications. The CSC philosophy is in close alignment with the principles articulated by The Education Conservancy.  I believe that my background in psychology and education has provided an excellent foundation for the work that I do.

Services

My practice is designed to be flexible.  I offer both a package and hourly services.

Location

My office is in my house in South Seattle, and I meet with students and their families in my living room, which provides a warm and homey setting for our discussions.

Availability

I am available for meetings with students and their families Monday through Thursday afternoons and evenings, as well as occasional Sunday evenings, Friday afternoons, and school holidays.  Click for more availability information.

Results 

Since 2000, I have helped students launch hundreds of successful applications. I really enjoy this age group, and every year I am thrilled to watch them choose colleges that are a good match.
